LOVOT Purchase Price（LOVOT + living expenses (lifetime)) ¥998,800 (Option 3: LOVOT and living expenses (lifetime) /Color: “brown”) + BEX Service Fees ¥120,000 + BEX Shipping fee about ¥70,000 + Customs duties etc.
*The base price varies depending on the LOVOT color. “Pale” and “Black” have different prices.
*Option 3 is the only plan available for international shipping. If you choose any other plan, we cannot ship LOVOT overseas.
*The cost of the main unit and living expenses (lifetime) will have a lifetime free software usage fee for major functions such as LOVOT’s movement, software updates, and backup of LOVOT’s memory.
*The cost of the main unit and living expenses (lifetime) will come with 100% repair coverage in the first year. From the second year onwards, you can subscribe to the “extended warranty service” which also comes with 100% repair coverage.
*The shipping fee may change depending on the destination, time and fuel surcharge of LOVOT.
*The shipping company for LOVOT is DHL.
*Consumption tax, customs duties and clearance fees vary by country, so please consult your local customs office.
*Repair and maintenance services after the second year are not free of charge.
*GROOVE X does not provide customer service or repair support from overseas. If you need repair or maintenance services after the second year, you need to continue subscribing to BENLY’s support service.
