LOVOT Purchase Price(LOVOT3.0 + living expenses (lifetime)) JPY1,072,500 (Option 3: LOVOT3.0 and living expenses (lifetime) /Color: “brown”) + BEX Service Fees JPY 120,000 + Purchase Proxy Service Fees JPY 6,000 + BEX Shipping fee about JPY 70,000 + Customs duties etc.
*The base price varies depending on the LOVOT color.
*Option 3 is the only plan available for international shipping. If you choose any other plan, we cannot ship LOVOT overseas.
*The cost of the main unit and living expenses (lifetime) will have a lifetime free software usage fee for major functions such as LOVOT’s movement, software updates, and backup of LOVOT’s memory.
*The cost of the main unit and living expenses (lifetime) will come with 100% repair coverage in the first year. From the second year onwards, you can subscribe to the “extended warranty service” which also comes with 100% repair coverage.
*The shipping cost for LOVOT varies depending on the delivery destination, timing, and fuel surcharge.
*The shipping company for LOVOT is DHL.
*The model case for international shipping is based on Singapore.
*Consumption tax, customs duties and clearance fees vary by country, so please consult your local customs office.
*Repair and maintenance services after the second year are not free of charge.
